This is so true though...Last night my pc wasn't working and I called help desk. Who picked up form the other line? Behold the future of America's help desk, an Indian guy sitting in a cubical, getting paid minimum wage and probably no benefits. I'm sitting here ready to pull my hair out trying to comprehend what he's saying due to his heavy accent. What’s going on? How long will this continue?
