2 DAYS GET TOGHETHER AT ATLANTIC CITY

After 2 consicutive success of Nawabbari Picnic, we are planning to extend the fun for two days. We are still in a very primitive talking and would like your input. Here are the highlights:
1. Location: Atlantic city ( it has lots of other attaractions beside casinos! So people who may be offended, please think twice before decideing against going there. Beutiful beach plus lots of other halal funs. Main idea is to spend more than 1 day among us and do some gup shup ..sher shari etc at night...kind of jamboori.
2. Date: To be decided. most likely Saturday and Sunday in June or July.
3. Chanda: most likely none or very minimal, since we are planning the following;
4. Transportation: We will arrange our own tranportations. People who dont have private arrangement or dont want to drive, will be able to take greyhound bus from Manhattan which cost $10 round trip. Once you are there, people with cars will be able to take you to locations where we might visit ( Since the city is small, it takes 10 min to and from a location).
5. Accomodation: we are looking for group discount rates at good hotels. Your idea or source will be helpful. What we are planning is , we will get certain amount of rooms. it will be upto you how many people you would like to stay with in one room. for example if a room cost $100, and you decided that you and your family of 4 will stay only, then it will cost you $100. But if you decide to share with someone, you can share the cost with him . But you will be responsible for paying $100 to us. The person who is willing to stay with you will be responsible to pay his share to you. It is recomemeded to have atleast 10 people in each room, since most of the time we will be outside. You are also welcome to book you own room if you get better pricing.
The reason behind doing so is, first of all "privacy level" varies among individual people. Also, we dont want you to be burden with extra $$ if you want to sacrifice some space.
6. Food: Here we are very confused. We are not sure if we want to arrange picnic type food or want to put the responsibility to bring your own meal or buy it from 100s of restaurants . A typicall buffet food cost about 6$ per person. Some people like I , can survive on donut and coffee others need paratha and biryani. So lets discuss.
Again, what we are planning is that instead of asking for contribution and taking all the headaches for food etc, we are simplifying the process where Anas and Saniya can enjoy as guests not worrying as an organizer. Also this will leave us to plan some fun events during our stay.

How much will it cost for each people? We dont know yet! But certainly more than what you pay for picnic! But it will be a worthed trip and we are trying our best to get a very good hotel rates.

Please post your response as soon as possible. Please call every one to discuss. We must decided the date soon since, we need to give 2 months of advance notice to our employers! And we need to book the hotels soon.
