"Aap ka Saroor" a bollywood concert was held at the New Jersey Continental Airlines Arena, New Jersey on Sunday, 10 September. This was attended by pop sensation, Himesh Reshammiya along with 'Kajra Re' fame singer Alisha Chinoy, Indian Idol-Abhijeet Sawant, Zee Tv Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Winners Vinit And Himani & Bollywood Actress Udita Goswami from film Aksar Falong with many Bollywood Musicians And Dancers'"These concerts promote our culture to the generation that's born here," said Vijay Taneja. "They should know their identity, and Indian cinema is the best way of keeping them aware of it. It makes me feel I'm keeping India close to the Indian overseas."
Shahriar (s/o Zartaj Kabir) is special assistant to Bollywood event organizer for USA Bharat Jotwani and Vijay Taneja.

Zari Khala, Anas, Fatima, Raisa, Arsh (the biggest Himesh Reshmiya fan and the tiniest of them all) and I, Saniya had the privilege to enjoy this star filled night thanks to Shahriar bhaia.
The concert was pretty good. Himesh sang his heart out for New Jersey, and he did a good job doing so. He sang most of his numbers including Samjho naa and the most hummed tune of 2006 Ek baar aaja aaja.
Alisha Chinoy was mezmorizing, her costume was terrible though. She sang Kajra re and had Arsh and other guys dancing like Amitaab and Abhishek on their seats.
The rest are not worth writing about.

Himesh Reshmiya is over-rated..no question about it. I just don’t understand why he wears those awful hats for. Enuff Said :)

it was a good show..audience was kinda dead...but i love my brother for taking me there...unfortunately i cudnt meet abhijeet sawant but omg arsh was enjoying it until he went to sleep on his favorite song
yay shaha bhiya. toooooo bad raisa couldnt get himesh's jacket for me... did u tell him i sing...lol o well its cool tht u met the worlds best singer himesh ( kind of over did the worlds best singer)
