Where R We DNF??

Strange news but true... Once i was walking down the road of Dhaka City. then i came to chat with some of the local dwellers there. surprisely, they thought i am frm abroad. when i told them about me and suddenly they all got suprised. they all speaking to themselves. and i said what happen.. do u knw what they replied. they replied that we all thought Nawab family does not exit no more. I was really very shock. then i somehow had them a long discussion with them.

so, my point is why people of dhaka city doesn't know that we , DNF, do exist? the answer is very simple. we don't come to the people face to face, in media for example.

This is a very deep and well written post by Mr. Madani.

When I think about DNF family, I think of Nawab Salimullah, He was indeed a great human. Every once in a while, a great human being comes along to remind humanity that despite our perceived differences, we are but one. Nawab Salimullah was such a man. He was a great man and whatever the Bengali masses presently knows about DNF, knows only because of his good deeds. Informed and educated Bangladeshis shall, most certainly miss him.

Though how painful it is to hear many negative comments about DNF. Some may be true or some may not. I sometime celebrate Nawab Salimullah life because he came; he enlightened many souls; he did his duty to humanity by helping Bangladeshis, when they needed it most with many modern infrustructure development and charity for the downtroden and the the needy.

We need another DNF members with personality like Nawab Salimullah to carry on the torch of goodwill. This may or may not happen but we can always pray and hope for the same.
